Click on the LATEST CT to download setup file.

Click INSTRUCTIONS to see how to install CT.

Please go through the following steps to change your password.

1. Open ;Change Password; (CT Navigator > File > Change Password).
2. Input necessary 3 part(Old password, New password, Confirm password) and then click ;Ok;. ( The password must be within eight characters a mix of numbers and letters are OK, NO signs allowed ie; *; /?@;#$%& etc.


Note: Your new password will be effective from your next login.

Please go through the following steps to save your own template.

[NOTE]
The desktop template which you saved will be overwritten by the latest screen settings as default settings when you logged out the plathome.

1.To edit the default settings.
CTNavigator > Option Tab > Property > General > General Property >AutoSave Desktop Template on Account Logout

2.To export your desktop template other than ;Desktop; in the Chart Trader folder.

CTNavigator > File > Export Environment > Choose a saving place > Ok

We will recommend the above instructions when you changed and overwrote your desktop template.
1. Open ;Save Desktop Template As..;
(CT Navigator > File > Desktop Template > Save Desktop Template As..)
2. Input your prefered template name and click ;OK;.


Your template will saved to ;Desktops; in ChartTrader folder.

Please check whether the ;RED CHECK MARK; is on or not at ;Account(s) Information;.

If the mark is off , left click above the line of account information on ;Account(s) Information;.After the RED CHECK MARK is on, all information for your account will be displayed.

Please go through the following steps to display CT Navigator.

1. Move cursor to far left of your screen.
2. Then CT Navigator will display.Click Autohide icon.


If this icon isn't pressed , Navigator will automatically hide it.

Please go through the following steps to change colour.

1. Right click on ;Dealing Rates;.
2. Left click ;Properties;.
3. Select ;Up Colour; ;Down Colour; on ;Drawing Cells; to change colour.

Please go through the following steps to change color.

1.Right click on any candle stick.
2.Select ;Up Color; and ;Down Color; to change color.

Please go through the following steps to set DA.
DA is recognized automatically when you don't input amount on the order screen.When you update the version or change the system of CT, please reconfirm your settings.
9.		 CT's time is NY time/ Is it possible to chnage to Tokyo Time?
NO. In FX trading , the trading in NY time as general rule.Moreover, since confusion of time is caused by change of summer time and winter time, there continues to beno schedule of change to Japan Standard Time.

Please go through the following steps to change display.

1. Right click above the currency pair or BID/ASK rates and left click ;Instrument;.
2. All pairs are marked off in the default setting. If you want to cut off some pairs, uncheck the mark and press ;OK;.

There are 2 ways to close your all positions.

1) Close your position by pair plus side (Buy or Sell) on ;Summary by Accounts; window.
Choose the pair plus side(Buy or Sell) > Close All Positions > Check the detail s on the confirmation window > ;Ok;
2) Close your all position on the same account at once on ;Account(s) Information;.
Put the cursor on a line of your information and right click > Close all positions by market > Check the detail on the confirmation window >;Ok;.

Please check ;Open Positions; window and ;Report; after your transactions.

Close by leaving order:

-Set opposite side(to your position) Entry STOP/LIMIT order-
Set amount you want to close with non hedge.(Be careful if you have another pair on the same side position, this new order could close that position.)
example:
You now have EUR/USD buy 1 lot at 1.3600 position.EUR/USD is now 1.3660-62.And you want to close 0.5 lot at 1.3690.

Set Entry Limit order: sell 0.5 at 1.3690 with non hedge.


Close by market order:
1.Right click above the line of the position you want to close on ;Open Position for Account(s); and left click ;Close;.
2.Change ;Amount; manually and left click ;Close Position(s);.
And if there aren't any problem on the confirmation window, press ;OK;

Please go through the following steps to take rate data.

1. Left click select icon on the chart and choose ;Copy prices;.

2. Drag the period you want and input the name to save.

Currently this function is unavailable.
15.		 Can I add indicator ;Ichimoku kinko huo; to my chart?
Yes you can. Please go through the following steps to set up Ichimoku kinko huo.

CTNavigation > Indicators > Ichimoku kinko huo

Generally, ChartTrader accepts only orders set 5 pips away from the market rate and this range could be widen in some important economic figures announcement point.

Please go through the following steps.

1. Left click title on the chart and go to ;Labels;.
(CT Navigator > Chart Layers > Labels)
2. You will see the widow with the title ;Brightness;.
remove check mark for ;Visible;.
3. Please remove same check mark for ;Indicator Labels;.
(CT Navigator > Chart Layers > Indicator Labels)

Then all labels on chart will be unvisible.
19.
Currently, we don't support both Trading System and Indicators order.
20.		 Can I delete high/low lines on the chart?
Yes, you can. Please go through the following steps.
1. Go to chart properties.
(Right click on the chart > chart properties >High/Low Lines)
2. Remove check mark off ;Visible; and click ;OK;.

21.		 Relation of Balance, Equity, Usable Margin, Used Margin and Interest
Equity = Usable Margin + Used Margin

Interest will be added to Balance daily

Equity = Balance}GrossP/L

Please go through the following steps.

1.Go to reports
(CT Navigator > Trading Windows > Reports)


2.Setting window will be displayed on your browser.
Select the period you want to see and left click ;Submit;.


Then your selected report will appear.
23.		 Repeatedly pop up the new version download of CT
Please change the install address of CT from C:/Program Files to C:/ or D:/
24.		 Is it possible to login the Chart Trader to 2 PC at the same time?
Demo Account ID can login to 2 PC at the same time.
Live Account ID can login only 1 Computer.
It may cause the problem, if you log in to more than 2 PC by Live Account ID.
